The Hope Crutch® has a one year from the date of original purchase limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original user/owner of the Hope Crutch®.
This Warranty does not cover crutch failure due to misuse or negligence or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the original user/owner must provide photographic documentation of this defect, along with proof of purchase to:

CareBorne will then provide an inspection authorization number. Customer will pay shipping to CareBorne.
Once the Hope Crutch® is received and examined by CareBorne's lab, CareBorne will have the option to repair or replace any defective parts. Return shipping to customer will be paid by CareBorne.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
